Staff
Brittany Erikson, Executive Director
Brittany has been part of RTNF since 2015. Her role involves identifying leaders and organizations driving significant positive impact in the communities they serve and facilitating their growth plans. In addition, Brittany directs RTNF's strategy and operations, and manages partner relationships. Brittany holds a BA in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and an MPA from the Romney Institute of Public Management at Brigham Young University. She lives in Virginia with her husband, three daughters, two Australian Shepherds, and a dozen chickens. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks, listening to podcasts, studying philosophy and Spanish, and spending time with her family.
Erin Blackford, Portfolio and Operations Manager
Erin joined the RTNF Team in 2020. She works alongside Brittany to assist with strategy, operations, and grantmaking, as well as manage grantee and applicant relationships. Erin graduated with a B.S. in Sociology and a B.A. in Spanish from Brigham Young University. During her undergraduate, she discovered her passion for philanthropic work while performing program evaluations and interning with nonprofit organizations both locally and internationally. While working at the Community Foundation of Utah, Erin developed monitoring and evaluation plans and deepened her connection with community partners in Utah. Erin loves using her passion for doing good in her day-to-day work and looks forward to learning and growing with RTNF. Off the clock, Erin loves to hike, attend plays, and challenge her husband to tennis matches.
Carole Dumas, Office Administrator and Accountant
Having started her office and accounting career in 1971, Carole has 45+ years of office and accounting experience. She worked for 14 years in the home construction field as the office and accounting administrator and then moved on to just accounting until the housing industry crash. Carole has been with RTNF since 2013, and loves being part of an organization that does so much for the community, especially children with special needs. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stephen Henager College in 2012.

Brent Noorda, Board Member
After studying engineering and physics, and then creating software technology for over 30 years, Brent is now pursuing a career in nursing. “I could not be more proud of my parents,” says Brent, “for their decision to return their hard-earned wealth for a better world. I only hope we are up to finishing that task as well as Mom and Dad began it.”

Andy Noorda, Officer of RTNF
Andy was a dedicated board member of RTNF for many years. Andy now serves as an Officer of RTNF, assisting in certain local needs.
